[Qualified Order]
It refers to orders or purchases made through Bird's official booking website, telephone, or on-site booking, and the orders have registered members' information; rest programs or bookings made through third-party platforms (including but not limited to Agoda, Booking, Hotels.com, etc.), or through bulk purchases, accommodation vouchers, hospitality vouchers, free accommodation vouchers (including the amount of their mark-ups), or travel agencies are not included in the calculation of Eligible Orders. Qualified orders are not included in the calculation, and are not eligible for member point accrual, discounts or other exclusive benefits.
[Qualified room nights]
Refers to the number of room nights in the eligible room that the member himself/herself has stayed. For rest programs (non-lodging), room nights are not counted, and only 1 room night is counted for multiple rooms on the same date of stay. No splitting or transferring of rooms is allowed.
[Eligible Consumers]
