The chefs of Taiwan Culinary Arts Association (TCA) have demonstrated their care and warmth to the community through their actions. On this warm May day, on behalf of the Executive Vice President, Mr. Chih-Hsien Chang, Bird's Nest International Hotel responded to the charity event by joining the top chefs from Taiwan Culinary Arts Association (TCA) to travel over the mountains to the Wufeng Tribe in Hsinchu, Taiwan, to participate in the Wufeng Tribe Filial Piety and Appreciation Dinner hosted by Unilever Food & Beverage. In this thanksgiving event, the team of celebrity chefs, with professionalism and sincerity, chose the ingredients with their hearts and went to the scene to cook, putting full of "love" into the dishes, presenting a warm feast of delicacies to the teachers and students of the Wufeng Elementary School and the tribal elders, and injecting more love and warmth into the local community with the "Act of Cooking with Volunteerism" to build a warm meal with all of us!
