Birdseye Partners with World Expo Taiwan in Response to 30 Hour Famine and World Refugee Day

Birdseye International, in collaboration with World Vision Taiwan, invites all Birdseye International employees to take action in response to the 30 Hour Famine and to further raise awareness of refugee issues. On June 20th, Birdseye invited employees to donate the money they saved from the 12-hour famine to World Vision Taiwan to help starving refugee children. June 20th coincided with World Refugee Day, which allowed employees to learn about the causes of refugees and the harsh conditions they live in, and the event also fulfilled four SDG goals. Birdseye International is looking forward to doing its part to help the world eradicate poverty, end hunger, and promote health and well-being!

On June 20, 2025, we invite our colleagues to experience 12 hours of hunger, which includes no solid food, no drinks, no meat, only white toast and water, or no community skating, in order to experience the inconvenience caused by the lack of living resources, and to further empathize with the living conditions of refugees. World Refugee Day" was renamed by the United Nations in 2000 as "African Refugee Day", with the goal of raising the world's attention to refugees and further improving their quality of life and economic development.
