From January 24th to January 26th this year, "Dream Journey 2026" organized by "Dream Angels Volunteer Group" successfully created an unforgettable cultural journey to Tainan for physically and mentally challenged students in Hong Kong. Birdseye International has taken practical actions to respond to sustainable care by joining hands with World Travel and arranging for its "Birdseye Hideaway - Tainan Yongkang" to provide a friendly and complete barrier-free accommodation experience, so that each student can leave behind unforgettable memories of their trip.
According to the Bureau of Tourism of the Tainan City Government, this year's Dream Journey 2026 was attended by nearly 170 participants, including dream angels, family members, volunteers, medical teams and staff. This year was even different from the past, as the entire group flew on the same flight to Taiwan for the first time, and as many as 34 of the 38 students were flying for the first time in their lives. For the children, this was not just a three-day and two-night trip, but also the first step to break through the physical limitations and go out into the world. By actually visiting the various scenic spots in Tainan, the children felt the acceptance of the public and opened up a broader perspective.
Birdseye International is honored to work with World Travel and Dream Angel Volunteer Group to weave the precious memories of each member. This is not only a charity response, but also a realization of our philosophy of sustainability. The event echoed the UN's Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 1 Eradicate Poverty, SDG 3 Good Health and Well-Being, SDG 10 Reduce Inequality, and SDG 17 Diverse Partnerships.
In the future, we will continue to deepen our sustainable development and social care initiatives in a diversified way, creating more possibilities for disadvantaged students to be supported, accompanied and seen; and with the hostel experience as the core, we will allow the accommodation to connect goodwill and accumulate changes, and in turn, promote the society to move forward.
