On March 19, 2026, CHECKERS International held its annual Spring Wine Party, gathering more than 500 employees, 100 VIPs, partners and media. A special tour bus was arranged to transport employees from the eastern, northern and southern parts of Taiwan to the central event venue, allowing CHECKers scattered in 11 cities and 53 pavilions to review the achievements of their efforts in 2025 and look forward to the Group's development blueprint for 2026 under the relaxing atmosphere of the dinner party.

Operational Strategy and Management Team Debut
On the scene of the event, Sam Wu, Chairman of the Board of Directors, delivered a speech in person, publicly announced the three strategic directions of the 2026 CHECKERS International brand upgrade and iteration, hardware optimization and talent organization, and Vice Chairman Bart Dai Dongjie, General Manager Vincent Yeh, CEO Spring Chuang Zhengjun, and the seven heads of the various divisions one by one on the stage to formally introduce the management team to all employees, so that every CHECKERS a better understanding of the development direction and recognition of the company. Singers and dance troupes were invited to promote the atmosphere of the venue, together with sumptuous food and wine, and raffle prizes with a total value of more than one million dollars were given away. The four bosses even added 240,000 cash prizes in the grand finale to express their gratitude to the CHECKERS who have been working so hard for the whole year in the most direct way.

Birdseye International believes that the Group's sustainable development is based on the cohesion of internal partners and the long-term trust with external partners. By inviting guests to the Spring Cocktail, the Group is putting SDG 17 "Sustainable Partnership" into practice.
